of interest的用法。倒装
Google CEO, Sundar Pichai, was called before congress to explain how the company operates.
Of particular interest to the committee were privacy, misinformation and the company's business in China.
of interest是个固定搭配，具体就不要太纠结了。
在这里，如果对of interest的of不了解的话，这个of就会干扰阅读。
如果把of去掉。就好理解了，就是谁的interest是什么。
什么是什么，可以左右互换，所以这里也可以理解为倒装了。就是后面的privacy,misinformation, business in China 是 前者committee的兴趣。
或者说 committee的兴趣是 privacy,misinformation,business in China.
所以阅读时，有些介词不清楚时，可以先扔掉。
